How do I get an estimate?It is very simple, all you have to do is call 281-802-2890 to set up an appointment. During the appointment we will go over your cleaning service needs and your estimate will be provided.

How often do you service a house/office?We are very flexible. We provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and on as-needed basis service.

Do you do deep cleaning?Yes, we do. We also provide initial cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, move-in/out, and light cleaning, too.

Do you service my area?At this time, we service West Houston, Katy, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugarland, and Fulshear areas.

How many people in the cleaning crew?Normally a crew has two people, a crew leader and an assistant.

Do I get the same crew?Most of the time you do, with some exceptions. However, the crew leader will always be the same.

Do I need to provide anything?You need to provide only the house, we will do the rest.

What day(s) can you clean my house?During our initial appointment, we will talk about the days that are best for you and our cleaning schedule.

How do I pay for my service?At the time of service, you could pay cash or Zelle.

Can I change my service day?Yes you can, just let us know a couple days ahead of time through text message and we will be glad to work with you.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
